All items ship USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days, or USPS First Class 2-5 days in the USA. At this time we DO NOT ship international. If you would like to request an item be shipped international, please email info@sandisacult.com.
Returns / Repair / Refund
We recommend you DO NOT return a product unless it’s completely necessary. We release exclusive product colorways that often won’t be released again. You CAN NOT return an item to get a new colorway that has been released. SAND Outdoor Goods is not a large factory, it’s very small operation. If a product is damaged we will repair or replace it with a new one if a replacement is available. Contact info@sandisacult.com for a repair or replacement, or if absolutely necessary a return inquiry.
We cannot guarantee a refund if your product gets stolen or lost during delivery. It’s based on the situation. Please file a report with the carrier before reaching out. We have the right to require signature upon delivery.
(IF) a RETURN is accepted the product must arrive in it’s original condition and a refund will be processed at that time.
(IF) a REFUND is accepted, in most cases it will take 5-7 business days to reach your account.
